Yes — and that's a good sign! Natural honey crystallizes over time, which is a sign of purity. It does not affect quality. Simply place the jar in warm water to re-liquefy.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate. Always use a clean, dry spoon to avoid introducing moisture.

Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age due to the risk of botulism. For children over 1 year, Royal Hive honey is safe and natural.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or SMS.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, and photos of the packaging. We'll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
